Free trials

Trials are free and take no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

Within 3 days of a charge

If you are charged and change your mind, email us within 3 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to monthly and annual payments, including automatic renewals.

After 3 days

We do not give refunds or partial refunds for the rest of a billing period.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Billing errors

If you are charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the incorrect charge in full whenever you report it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, either your card through Stripe or your PayPal account. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
